Yoga in Paradise
March 2008 Retreat in Dominica - More Information
Imagine yourself practicing yoga on a beautiful unspoiled island in the Caribbean for a whole week. In your free time, hike in the luscious rain forest to spectacular waterfalls, snorkel in bubbly underwater volcano vents, kayak in the sea, hike or bicycle along shore roads. To relax, have a massage in a room with one wall entirely open to the ocean, or read by the volcanic stone pool sipping fresh pineapple juice or rum punch. These and many more unforgettable experiences are available to you this coming March.
The first week in March is a wonderful time. In Dominica it's sunny and 82 deg F. You're tired of the winter and it's still cold here. Why not treat yourself to a week of deepening your yoga practice and discovering an island of unparalleled beauty? You deserve it!
March 1 to March 8, 2008, we will be returning to Dominica for the 4th time. This will be our 2nd yoga retreat at the stunning Jungle Bay Resort. Jungle Bay is built into the mountainside, between the dense rain forest and rough Atlantic.
